Warranty terms for DTH OTT new DTH connections and DD Free Dish boxes.
- Every new DTH connection carries a 1-year warranty. Remotes are not covered under this warranty.
- After activation, for any issue, call DTH OTT customer support at 9729991794 (or info@dthott.com) and we will coordinate the operator’s service.
- DD Free Dish box: the warranty is provided by DTH OTT. For any warranty-related problem, the box must be dispatched to our office for service or replacement.

Refund, Cancellation & Warranty
New DTH connections are booked with a small advance; the balance is paid on delivery/installation. The terms below apply.
Refund & cancellation
- After installation / activation — the connection is non-refundable. Installation is the point of no refund.
- Cancelled before installation (from your side) — if we were able to provide the service, 12% (TDR + service charges) is deducted and the balance is refunded.
- We cannot provide the service — you get a 100% refund, with no deduction at all.
- Damaged, defective or wrong item on arrival — we replace it free of charge. Tell us within 7 days of delivery by email, WhatsApp or a call (an unboxing video helps us approve on the spot).
