Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms for DTH OTT new DTH & broadband connection bookings.

• You may cancel a booking any time before installation.
• If you cancel from your side before installation, and we were able to provide the service, 12% (TDR + service charges) is deducted and the balance is refunded.
• If DTH OTT cannot provide the service, you get a 100% refund — no deduction.
• Once the connection is installed / activated, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
